Job****Responsibilities

Supervise daily business processes, optimize efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Provide professional Financial Services to Clients.

Develop business in Greater China region and explore potential high-net-worth clients.

Lead and develop the sales team to enhance professional capabilities and work efficiency.

Job****Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Familiar with the global financial environment and knowledgeable about financial development trends .

Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.

Aggressive, Outgoing and Work Independently.

Good connection and experience in marketing in China.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and address complex business challenges.

Excellent leadership and team management experience, capable of motivating and developing team members.

Good communication skills, able to effectively interact with employees at different levels and external partners.
