Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to support business growth, customer engagement, and market expansion in the electronic components industry. Skills & Competencies

Job Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Promotion

• Promote and support the company's electronic component products.
• Work closely with customers' R&D teams to introduce and specify products into new projects.
• Coordinate sample requests, evaluation kits, and product demonstrations.
• Understand company's policies and direction on work procedures and products..

Customer & Market Development

• Gather information of production, models update, customer demand, general market etc from customers, distributor & internal subsidiaries.
• Identify potential of market expansion and work with related department/distributor.

Business Planning & Analysis

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual business plans.

Customer Support

• Build rapport with customer and specially with their organization’s key person.
• Handle customer feedback and claims related to product quality.R

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of working experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Experience in product marketing, customer management, or business development is preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management capabilities..
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Oasis System will be an added advantage.
