Performance Marketing

  • Plan and oversee paid media: Meta/TikTok boosting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns where applicable.
  • Track ROI and optimize spend based on results (CPA per inquiry/reservation, cost per reach, etc.).

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage and coach the marketing team with clear weekly deliverables.
  • Lead weekly check-ins, task allocation, and quality control.
  • Build training SOPs for: posting workflows, community management, event coverage, reporting.

Reporting, Analytics & Leadership Updates

  • Delivery monthly post-mortems for major campaigns/events, social media, and implement improvements quickly.
  • Present branch performance and next steps to leadership (what drove sales, what needs fixing, what’s next).

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Operations to align marketing on priorities (best sellers, slow movers, etc.).
  • Create feedback loops for guest comments to improve product, service, and marketing communication.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
