Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join Tech Kids PH Trading Inc. in a full-time capacity at our Del Monte location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's growth objectives and market positioning. This is a key leadership position that will have a significant impact on our business performance and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional and social media platforms
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise return on investment
• Lead, mentor and supervise the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Create and oversee the development of marketing materials, content and creative assets
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
• Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Coordinate with sales, product and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing management or leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and successfully executing marketing strategies that drive business results
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, content marketing and search engine marketing
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong project management and organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the technology or education sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is desirable
