Marketing Manager

About the role

You will own marketing strategy and execution for ACIM-managed Anytime Fitness clubs across Thailand. This is a growth-focused, performance-driven role. You will be directly responsible for generating qualified leads, supporting membership sales, building local brand awareness, and driving member engagement across the club network. Success in this role is measured through club growth and return on marketing spend, working closely with Club Managers, sales teams, and regional brand marketing to turn campaigns into appointments, trials, and memberships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for ACIM Thailand and individual managed clubs, aligned to commercial growth targets
• Own the lead-generation strategy across digital, social, local-area marketing, partnerships, referral activity, and club activations
• Work closely with Club Managers and sales teams to ensure campaigns translate into appointments, trials, and memberships
• Manage pre-sale and opening marketing plans for new clubs, including launch calendars, lead targets, and local awareness campaigns
• Track the full marketing funnel from spend and leads through to appointments, conversions, member acquisition cost, and revenue
• Manage paid media, creative agencies, content partners, and other marketing vendors
• Develop local content and campaigns while maintaining Anytime Fitness brand standards and approval requirements
• Build relationships with local businesses, residential communities, property partners, and relevant organisations around each club
• Create member engagement, referral, and retention campaigns that support club performance beyond new-member acquisition
• Maintain campaign calendars and asset libraries, and provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear recommendations to improve ROI

About you

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality, retail, consumer services, or another location-based, multi-site business
• Strong performance/digital marketing capability, with a track record of managing measurable lead-generation campaigns
• Solid understanding of CRM funnels, paid social, content marketing, and local-area marketing tactics
• Commercial mindset, with confidence interpreting campaign and sales data to guide decisions
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and multiple locations simultaneously
• Strong Thai and English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Hands-on and action-oriented, with high ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working across multiple clubs and competing priorities
• Willing to travel within Thailand as required
