Marketing Manager

MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Pattaya, Thailand

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and strengthen our brand presence in both local and international markets.

Real estate marketing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and support sales.

* Lead and manage all social media activities, including content planning, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

* Plan and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns.

* Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, advertising agencies, and media partners.

* Work closely with suppliers and external partners related to marketing activities, events, promotional materials, branding, signage, and advertising.

* Plan and organize events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.

* Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.

* Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

* Generate quality leads and support sales objectives through effective marketing initiatives.

* Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.

* Strong experience in social media management and digital marketing.

* Strong experience in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

* Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong coordination and supplier management skills.

* Results-oriented with a strong understanding of marketing performance metrics.

Preferred Experience

* Real estate or property development marketing.

* Experience working with both local and international customers.

* Experience managing marketing campaigns for premium or luxury brands.
