Brand & Product Marketing

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including launches, relaunches, and extensions.
• Drive brand visibility across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.

Trade & Channel Marketing

• Design and execute trade marketing programs for GT, MT, and institutional channels.
• Plan schemes, promotions, and POSM for distributors and retailers.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve distribution, visibility, and secondary sales.

Consumer Marketing & Promotions

• Plan consumer promotions, sampling activities, and activation programs.
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Coordinate with agencies for creatives, packaging, and campaign execution.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market studies on pricing, consumer preferences, and competitor benchmarking.
• Track brand health, market share, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Use insights to improve product positioning and communication.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Negotiate with vendors, agencies, printers, and media partners.
• Ensure timely execution within approved budgets.
