Marketing Manager | FMCG / Personal Care

ONE Bond For Him is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth in the highly competitive FMCG / Personal Care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business and growth objectives.
• Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies , with a strong focus on performance and measurable ROI.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and monitor paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
• Work closely with the Media Buying function to ensure effective budget allocation and campaign optimization.
• Lead brand positioning, brand awareness, and product marketing initiatives.
• Develop marketing plans for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service, and Creative teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to continuously improve marketing strategies.
• Track and report key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and business impact to management.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear objectives, accountability, and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager .
• Previous experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Beauty, or related industries is mandatory .
• Strong hands-on background in Media Buying / Performance Marketing .
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads , campaign optimization, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, and Marketing Strategy .
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business and marketing results.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, teams, agencies, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
