Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the FMCG sector
2. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand positioning initiatives
3. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
4. Manage marketing budget allocation and monitor return on investment across various campaigns and channels
5. Coordinate product launches and promotional events to maximise brand awareness and consumer engagement
6. Prepare and present regular market analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5-7 years of marketing management experience, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
2. Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with the ability to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies
3. Proficiency in marketing planning, brand management, and digital marketing strategies
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
5. Leadership capabilities and experience in building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
