What they need
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and sales targets.
- Strengthen brand positioning of company as an OEM cosmetics manufacturer.
- Lead B2B marketing activities, including lead generation and client engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Coordinate marketing activities with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams.
- Manage marketing campaigns, budget, and performance reporting.
- Lead and evaluate the Marketing team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing/OEM.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and beauty industry trends.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience handling international markets or overseas clients is an advantage.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
