Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

A marketing executive drives brand awareness and business growth by developing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. They typically manage day-to-day promotional activities, conduct market research, and collaborate across teams to promote products or services across both digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (SEO, social media, email) and traditional media.
• Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, track competitor activities, and identify emerging market trends.
• Content Creation: Produce and proofread engaging copy for websites, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Data Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on return on investment (ROI).
• Vendor & Event Management: Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches while managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,

Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, typically 7-10 years, with a track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and social media platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability

to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
