Marketing Manager

-Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and positioning of the company’s residential properties; assist in formulation and implementation of Marketing strategies .
• Lead publicity and promotional campaigns to strengthen project positioning, brand awareness and sales performance.
• Manage the planning, design and production of project exhibitions, showflats, sales offices and associated marketing collateral, while overseeing project schedules and coordinating.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or business-related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in property sales field in Property Developer is a MUST.
• Proven experience in managing residential property marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation and copywriting.
• Good business network and strong partnership management skills.
• Good communication skills, able to work under pressure, independent, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
