JOB SUMMARY :

• Create marketing strategy and initiate marketing and media plan. Analyze consumer behavior and lifestyle. To brief, execute, and monitor all marketing and activities for the best possible results.
• Implementation and execution of new brand launch include adaptation and implementation of guidelines for brand touch-points.
• Craft and maintain the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations.
• Lead a team of branding specialist, events planners, and advertising specialists to create high-traffic content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects/events.
• Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
• Work with writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
• Research, analyses, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on, and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
• Ensure effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budgets.
• Recommend changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfilment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
• Conduct marketing surveys on current and new project concepts.
• Analyze and prepare marketing activity reports.
