Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and online presence.
• Develop marketing content, product presentations, brochures, catalogues and other promotional materials.
• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, customer events and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer/industry trend analysis.
• Generate and manage marketing leads and coordinate with the Sales team for conversion.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and marketing budgets.
• Support new product launches, branding and product positioning.
• Track marketing performance through KPIs, lead generation, campaign ROI and analytics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, R&D and other departments to ensure consistent market communication.
• Lead, manage and develop the marketing team, allocate responsibilities, set targets and monitor performance.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
