Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, working closely with internal parties to ensure cohesive efforts
• Partner with external agencies to enhance and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute plans to generate high-quality leads for the sales team
• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing platforms
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance marketing efforts and widen exposure
• Research on competitive landscape and conduct analysis to identify market opportunities
• Use data driven analytics to measure and report campaign performance
• Work with internal teams to provide support in knowledge and tools to effectively market products and services
• Support internal parties by sharing effective marketing insights for client pitches

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and campaign execution. Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, analyze and derive actionable insights from data
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required; Putonghua is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
