Marketing Manager

JG Superstore is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing team and develop strategic programs that strengthen our brands, engage customers, and drive business growth.

The role will oversee marketing strategies, campaigns, budgets, analytics, partnerships, and team performance across multiple brands and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor, and develop the Marketing team.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee digital, social media, retail, events, and offline campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with agencies, vendors, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Ecommerce, and other departments.
• Support product launches, promotions, events, and peak retail campaigns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Retail, consumer technology, ecommerce, or related industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to attend events, vendor alignments, and major retail activities.
• Willing to be assigned to different branches when required.
• Willing to work strictly on-site, 6 days per week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
