We are Hiring: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to elevate the BOTEM brand, build visibility for Greener Pasture Estates, and generate qualified inbound sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run high-converting digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, and video content funnels).
• Create strategic content calendars, campaign briefs, and marketing materials for social media and physical promotions.
• Build brand presence across target demographics (local investors, corporate organizations, and the diaspora).
• Track marketing analytics, monitor lead quality, and continuously optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to align lead generation with revenue goals.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in brand marketing, social media growth, or digital performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, digital campaign execution, and social media analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to build brand presence and lead promotional initiatives.
• Sharp copywriting, communication, and visual content direction skills.
