Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns for the restaurant.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, and coordinate content creation.
• Coordinate with the design, PR, digital marketing, and operations teams for campaigns and events.
• Plan and promote special events, offers, festivals, live music, and restaurant activations.
• Develop partnerships with corporates, influencers, hotels, colleges, and local businesses to increase business.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with agencies/vendors for digital marketing, photography, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Support the restaurant team in achieving sales and customer footfall targets.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Ensure proper branding and marketing communication across all restaurant locations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years
• Hospitality / Restaurant / F&B background preferred.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Creative, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel locally and work during events or promotional activities when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
