If you are as comfortable drafting a high-level go-to-market strategy as you are designing visual assets, running targeted ad campaigns, and building buzz on the ground and in the press, this role is for you.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be the driving force behind Paracosm’s public presence and growth. You will spearhead our end-to-end marketing initiatives—from designing compelling creatives and orchestrating paid social media pushes to managing outdoor campaigns (OOH) and nurturing public relations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Design & Creative Production: Concept and design eye-catching visual assets, marketing collateral, social graphics, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.

Social Media & Performance Advertising: Manage day-to-day social channels; plan content calendars, write copy, and execute targeted paid boosting and ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) to drive measurable engagement and conversions.

Strategic Business & Market Growth: Align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer segment profiling to maximize ROI.

Outdoor & Experiential Marketing: Plan and execute outdoor marketing initiatives (billboards, print media, transit ads, flyering, pop-up events, or trade showcases) to elevate local and regional brand visibility.

Public Relations & Media Outreach: Cultivate relationships with journalists, industry influencers, and media outlets; write and distribute press releases; identify opportunities for brand features, guest spots, and coverage.

Reporting & Optimization: Track KPIs across digital, outdoor, and PR campaigns to deliver clear performance reports and iterate on future strategy.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on marketing experience covering creative direction, digital promotion, and marketing strategy.

Design Skills: Proven graphic design ability with a strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or advanced Canva).

Paid Social Acumen: Direct experience setting up, targeting, A/B testing, and optimizing boosted posts and paid ad campaigns.

Strategic Mindset: Solid understanding of business growth metrics, customer funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign ROI.

Field & OOH Familiarity: Working knowledge of sourcing, producing, and rolling out offline/outdoor marketing assets and vendor coordination.

PR Foundations: Demonstrated ability to craft professional press releases, pitch stories to external outlets, and represent the brand publicly.

Pay: ₹12,558.56 - ₹30,000.00 per month
