Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong experience managing PAN India marketing operations.
• Proven expertise in both Digital/Online and Offline/BTL Marketing.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, vendors, budgets, and large-scale campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, brand building, performance marketing, events, and market expansion.
• Experience in Consumer Products, Premium/Lifestyle Brands, Wellness, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Water Purification, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

PAN India Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute PAN India marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
• Develop region-wise marketing strategies and identify new markets and customer segments.
• Track industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.

Digital / Online Marketing

• Lead campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage performance marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, SEO, SEM, social media, email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, traffic, and engagement.
• Manage websites, landing pages, content, and digital agencies.

Offline / BTL Marketing

• Lead ATL, BTL, events, exhibitions, activations, dealer activities, and retail marketing.
• Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, corporate events, and regional activations.
• Manage branding, marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and offline campaigns.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Brand Management

• Strengthen brand positioning and awareness across India.
• Ensure consistency across digital, print, retail, events, and other customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate with creative teams for campaign concepts and marketing communication.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Develop integrated B2B/B2C campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Track leads from source to conversion and optimize high-performing channels.
• Provide sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, campaigns, and promotional content.

Events & Activations

• Plan and manage PAN India events, exhibitions, conferences, activations, and industry forums.
• Manage event planning, vendors, production, execution, and logistics.
• Travel across India for market visits and marketing activities.

Partnerships & Alliances

• Identify co-branding, influencer/KOL, corporate, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Build marketing alliances to support brand visibility and business growth.

Budget & Vendor Management

• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Manage spending across digital, offline, events, branding, and regional activities.
• Negotiate with agencies and vendors and monitor marketing ROI.
