Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives
• Plan and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns
• Manage social media, digital marketing, and content strategies
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
• Prepare and present marketing reports and recommendations to Management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, branding, and campaign execution
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
