Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Market Research- Support in formulating marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.Brand & Communication Management- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, materials, and campaigns.
• Develop engaging content for digital platforms, websites, and social media.
• Create corporate presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral to support SBUs.
• Coordinate corporate communications, PR activities, and media engagement.Campaign & Lead Generation- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Generate and nurture qualified leads for the sales team through digital channels, events, and activations.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Explore and implement innovative strategies to expand market reach and penetration.Digital Marketing & Social Media- Manage and grow the companys presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Create and schedule social media content, ensuring relevance and consistency with brand positioning.
• Track engagement, reach, and conversions; generate reports and insights for improvement.
• Oversee website content management and SEO best practices.Reporting & Performance Monitoring- Prepare detailed marketing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Track performance metrics across campaigns, lead generation, and digital presence.
• Monitor budgets and ensure optimal utilization of allocated marketing spends.
• Identify areas of improvement and propose actionable recommendations.Qualifications & Requirements**Education:**
• MBA in Marketing (mandatory) from a reputed institute.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing-related field (preferred).**Experience:**
  -8 to 10 years of overall experience in marketing roles.
• Minimum 5 years in core marketing and client management.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.**Skills & Competencies:**
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of marketing concepts, business strategy, and branding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and online content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong research and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environments with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
