Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take hands-on action, manage teams, and take responsibility for results through the entire process. This role reports directly to management to oversee the overall business group portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy and campaigns for affiliated businesses and customers, identify new opportunities, and set targets aligned with growth direction
• Drive end-to-end campaign execution from Day 1 to project completion, solve immediate problems effectively, and push all avenues to achieve targets
• Manage team assignments, motivate, and control timelines for related teams (Creative, Production, Media, Marketing Data & Performance) to work together efficiently
• Measure campaign results (ROI, sales, leads), summarize insights, present reports to management, and propose sharp follow-up plans

About you

• Experience in Marketing Management, Strategic Planning, or Campaign Management (experience managing diverse businesses or managing projects will be given special consideration)
• High sense of ownership: do not wait for instructions, dare to think, dare to decide, and take responsibility for campaign success and failure as a business partner
• Leadership skills that win people's trust, communicate clearly, and coordinate well with teams across departments
• Strong understanding of online and offline marketing tools and drive work with data
