Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

KheloTech is seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial, and multifaceted Marketing Lead to own and scale our end-to-end brand and marketing engine. In this role, you will operate as a powerhouse individual contributor who rolls up their sleeves to create impactful content while mentoring and leading a lean, agile marketing team.

You will bridge the gap between high-level brand reputation and tactical execution across B2B SaaS lead generation, public relations, social media, and digital channels. We are looking for a proactive self-starter with an insatiable hunger to win, a customer-centric mindset, and a genuine passion for modernizing the sports ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand, PR & Reputation Management: Formulate and execute comprehensive PR, corporate communications, and brand reputation strategies to position KheloTech as the premier SaaS sports platform in India and beyond.
• Full-Funnel Content Engine: Plan, write, and direct high-impact content across channels—including case studies, thought leadership whitepapers, press releases, newsletters, landing pages, and founder branding.
• Social Media & Community Building: Own multi-channel social media strategy (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) to cultivate an engaged community of sports academies, venue managers, tournament organizers, and athletes.
• Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns: Collaborate on organic and paid campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, email workflows) to drive qualified pipeline and platform sign-ups.
• Team Leadership & Agency Management: Directly guide, mentor, and evaluate a small internal team of designers and writers, while managing external PR partners or freelance talent.
• Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track full-funnel marketing metrics (brand reach, engagement, CAC, pipeline contribution) using Google Analytics, CRM, and platform analytics to iterate quickly on ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of well-rounded marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup, sports tech, or high-growth tech platform.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated track record across brand storytelling, social media growth, public relations/media relations, and digital content distribution.
• Leadership & Execution: Proven experience leading or mentoring small teams while maintaining high individual output as a primary creator and strategist.
• Technical Toolkit: Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation, CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow), SEO fundamentals, social media management tools (Hootsuite/Buffer/Sprout), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical track record).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
