Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Generate new B2B and corporate clients through direct sales, networking, and digital platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, travel agencies, hotels, corporate companies, and event organizers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Promote airport transfers, corporate transportation, staff transportation, city tours, and luxury chauffeur services.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' pricing and services.
• Manage the company's website, social media platforms, and online marketing campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials, company profiles, presentations, and promotional content.
• Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and business meetings to represent the company.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports for management.
• Coordinate with the accounts department regarding client payments and outstanding invoices.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly.
• Build long-term partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and corporate organizations.
• Promote the company's brand while maintaining a professional image in all client interactions.
• Support the development of new transportation and tourism products and service packages.
