Position Overview

• Reports to: Director of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company growth goals.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
• Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the in-house marketing team and external agency partners.
• Budget Management: Allocate and monitor the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Performance Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies using data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, and customer service teams for aligned go-to-market execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or project management capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), SEO, and web analytics.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, creative thinking, and strong organizational skills.
• Mindset: Data-driven decision-making ability coupled with a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving.

Pay: Php25,829.53 - Php75,499.40 per month
