Marketing Manager II – Intermediate Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Location: Lake Mary, FL or St. Petersburg, FL

Hybrid | Average 2 days/week travel

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Manager to support strategic outreach for large-scale transmission projects throughout Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic engagement plans for complex transmission projects

• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Support public outreach and advocate for community interests

• Develop external communications strategies

• Proactively address potential opposition to transmission projects

• Identify solutions to stakeholder concerns that align with overall project goals

• Use strong MSO skills to support project execution

Requirements:

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, gas, or related industries

• Stakeholder/public engagement experience

• Transmission project experience

• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to travel approximately 2 days per week
