Role Overview
The Marketing Manager owns Quantum Young's marketing strategy end-to-end — setting the direction for brand, acquisition, retention, and community, and leading a team that turns that strategy into 360° execution. This role carries commercial accountability for membership growth and marketing ROI, while safeguarding the premium standard that defines “Wellness and Beyond” across every message, campaign, and community moment.
The Marketing Manager is equally a strategist and a people leader — someone who can set the plan, direct specialists across communication, performance, CRM, and design, and be the final word on whether an idea is ready to represent Quantum Young.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Marketing Strategy & Commercial Growth
Own and lead Quantum Young's annual marketing strategy and plan, translating business targets into positioning, program, and pricing decisions across the full marketing mix.
Own the marketing budget — allocating spend across paid acquisition, content production, partnerships, and events to maximize ROI, and reporting spend performance to the General Manager and SPI Marketing and Business Portfolio Team Lead.
Set pricing and promotional strategy — including seasonal wellness programs, personal training packages, early-bird offers, referral programs, and corporate privilege schemes — grounded in commercial data and member insight.
Identify and close new revenue opportunities — corporate wellness accounts, strategic brand partnerships, and premium service bundles — negotiating terms that grow membership and non-membership income.
Ensure in-club marketing collateral and every member-facing touchpoint reflect the brand's luxury standards, working with Master Trainers, Performance Lab specialists, Wellness & Recovery therapists, and the Front Desk team to keep operational delivery aligned with campaign promises.
2. Brand Strategy & Integrated Communication
Own brand direction, tone of voice, and communication standards for Quantum Young, approving content, campaigns, and creative before they go live to ensure every message reflects “Wellness and Beyond” using strictly accurate language.
Set and steward the monthly content strategy across Social Media, Website, and Email, ensuring the team's content calendar ties back to clear business and communication objectives.
Guide the translation of complex wellness concepts — Performance Lab diagnostics, holistic recovery, functional movement, mobility and mindfulness — into premium, on-brand storytelling.
Oversee photoshoots, short-form video production, and design output from internal and external creative partners, holding the team to a consistently premium visual and editorial standard.
3. Lead Generation & Acquisition Marketing (Performance & Partnerships)
Own the acquisition funnel strategy end-to-end — setting targets for trial passes, Performance Lab assessment bookings, and membership leads, and directing digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search/Display, TikTok Ads) toward the right target groups.
Own partnership strategy — sourcing, negotiating, and managing B2B corporate wellness partnerships, local neighborhood tie-ins around KINGSQUARE / Rama 3, and co-branding activations with premium lifestyle brands.
Direct on-ground activations, mall pop-ups, and open-house events, and sign off on sales & marketing events that span the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
Manage agency, media, and production vendor relationships, ensuring quality and budget discipline.
4. CRM, Membership Lifecycle & Community Building
Own the retention and lifecycle marketing strategy, directing CRM journeys — welcome series, onboarding, milestone celebrations, renewal reminders, and win-back flows — to maximize member lifetime value.
Set the direction for Online and Offline Community programs (member workshops, exclusive masterclasses, wellness talks, community runs and trainings), ensuring they reinforce member loyalty and advocacy.
Review customer feedback, engagement metrics, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) trends, and decide on retention and loyalty initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.
5. Team Leadership & People Development
Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team — setting clear goals, KPIs, and quality standards for each role.
Plan workload and priorities across the team's content, campaign, and event calendar, balancing speed of execution with premium brand quality.
Build a positive, accountable team culture, providing regular feedback and development opportunities so the team's skills grow alongside the club's ambitions.
Act as the escalation point for marketing decisions, coaching the team to solve problems independently while remaining accountable for final outcomes.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Own marketing performance reporting to the General Manager and SPI Marketing and Business Portfolio Team Lead, translating KPI data — Customer Acquisition Cost, lead-to-member conversion, social engagement, ROAS, and event ROI — into strategic recommendations.
Review past events, campaigns, promotions, and messaging to extract audience insight, using findings to continuously sharpen marketing strategy and resource allocation.
7. Other Assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or SPI leadership.
