MARKETING MANAGER – TACTICS HEALTH CARD

Tactics Health Care is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and business development activities for Tactics Health Card.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Tactics Health Card.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, corporates and other healthcare partners.
• Drive Health Card sales through corporate, field and digital marketing channels.
• Plan and execute health camps, promotional activities and awareness campaigns.
• Generate leads and convert them into Health Card customers.
• Monitor team performance, daily activities and monthly KPIs.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the telecalling, digital marketing and field marketing teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience in Healthcare / Insurance / Hospital Marketing / FMCG / Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and team-management ability.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer engagement.
