What You'll Be Responsible For

SEO & Organic Growth

• On-page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Content strategy and content creation
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Off-site SEO and link-building campaigns
• Website optimisation and lead conversion improvements

Paid Search & Lead Generation

• Google Ads strategy and management
• Local Services Ads (LSA) setup and optimisation
• Campaign creation and management
• Keyword targeting and audience development
• Landing page optimisation
• Ongoing testing and performance improvement
• Budget management and ROI reporting

CRM, Automation & Customer Engagement

• Email marketing campaigns
• SMS & WhatApp campaigns
• Customer retention and reactivation campaigns
• Marketing automation workflows
• Database growth and customer segmentation

Social Media & Brand Building

• Social media strategy and execution
• Content creation and campaign planning
• Brand development and consistency
• Reputation and review management
• Video, photography and creative projects
• Supporting multiple brands and business divisions

Analytics & Commercial Performance

• Google Analytics
• Search Console
• Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Website performance analysis
• KPI reporting and dashboard development
• Marketing budget planning and management
• Turning data into actionable business insights

What We're Looking For

You'll probably be someone who:

· Loves building things rather than maintaining them

· Is equally comfortable discussing strategy and executing it

· Has strong SEO and PPC experience

· Enjoys testing, learning and improving

· Is highly organised and self-motivated
