Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive our brand's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and expand our market share. You will manage a talented team of marketing professionals and creatives, oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, and analyze performance metrics to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, brand positioning strategies, and multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, PR, and print)
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from market research and target audience segmentation to creative rollout and performance tracking
• Identify emerging market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to keep the brand innovative and competitive
• Direct digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads), email marketing, and social media growth strategies
• Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion funnels to drive inbound lead generation and e-commerce growth
• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and content creators to produce engaging, high-impact marketing collateral, campaigns, and product launches
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, creative, and high-performance work culture
• Manage the marketing department budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor spending against financial targets
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze analytics reports, and present ROI metrics and strategic recommendations to senior management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role (agency or corporate background)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, social media algorithms, SEO, and paid media management
• Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, email marketing software)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and cross-functional deliverables simultaneously
• Exceptional leadership, delegation, and team-building capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills (fluent in English, Kapampangan, and Filipino)
