Marketing Manager

Duties

• Report to Division Head / Senior Manager to support Sales & Marketing Division
• Identify & develop new customers & business opportunities in HK, mainland China, or global markets, and retain customers to achieve business objectives
• Provide professional sales & account management and customer services support to maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers
• Lead and manage regular customer meetings, customer visits and terminal tours to achieve business purposes
• Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve financial KPI
• Conduct financial feasibility studies/analysis to evaluate the profitability of the business projects/cases
• Develop effective sales & marketing strategies & solutions, customer presentations & proposals to meet customer needs
• Develop new product/service initiatives to grow business
• Plan and develop sales/product/customer promotional activities to increase market awareness
• Plan and conduct regular marketing research to collect market/competitors' intelligence to identify industry trend, opportunities & threats
• Plan and manage the annual budget and business reports to monitor business performance
• Closely cooperate and coordinate with internal customers, external customers of different nationalities & culture, and industry communities
• Undertake other job duties as assigned
• Willing to travel to mainland China or overseas for business conferences/meetings

Requirements

• Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications, Logistics or Aviation related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant working experiences, preferably in sales/account management, marketing, business, commercial, or related areas. Relevant experiences in airlines, air freight forwarders, air cargo or e-commerce logistics, or aviation related areas will be a plus
• China market or China projects working experiences will be highly an advantage
• Sales oriented and result oriented
• Strong business acumen, and good numerical & analytical abilities
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent Mandarin speaking
• Good planning & organization, attention to details, and strong sense of ownership & commitment
• Outgoing, positive, energetic, creative
• Conscientious, self-motivated, confident, hard-working, willing to learn and take initiatives
• Flexible to change and adapt to ever-changing market environment
• Good self-discipline and business ethics
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
