Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Sales

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve annual and monthly admission targets.
• Generate enquiries through online and offline channels.
• Manage the complete admission funnel from enquiry and counselling to enrollment.
• Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Develop strategies to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective parents and address their queries.

2. Marketing & School Promotion

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the school's visibility and admissions.
• Plan and coordinate school promotional campaigns, open houses, education fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and events.
• Promote the school's academic programs, facilities, extracurricular activities, achievements, and unique offerings.
• Develop marketing material in coordination with the creative team.
• Ensure consistent communication of the school's brand values and positioning.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and monitor digital campaigns through Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate quality admission leads through digital marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies/vendors.
• Analyse website enquiries, social media performance, and online lead sources.
• Identify new digital platforms and marketing opportunities for student acquisition.

4. Parent & Community Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective parents.
• Organize parent engagement and community outreach activities.
• Develop referral and word-of-mouth admission programs.
• Represent the school at education events and community activities.
• Understand parent expectations and market feedback and share insights with management.

5. Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify opportunities for partnerships with corporates, residential communities, educational institutions, activity centres, and other relevant organizations.
• Develop institutional and community tie-ups to generate admission leads.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen the school's market position.
• Research local market trends, competing schools, fee structures, and new developments in the education sector.

6. Team Management

• Lead and manage the admissions/sales and marketing team.
• Set targets and monitor individual and team performance.
• Train the team on counselling, lead follow-up, communication, and conversion techniques.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure achievement of targets.

7. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly admissions and marketing reports.
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, visits, applications, admissions, and conversion ratios.
• Analyse lead sources and marketing campaign performance.
• Prepare competitor and market analysis reports for management.
• Provide recommendations to improve admissions and marketing performance.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
