Job Description

• Manage and oversee the overall marketing activities of Lakhani Group and its real estate projects.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, project visibility, leads, and sales support.
• Lead and coordinate the marketing team, including the Video Editor, Social Media Executive, Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and other creative resources.
• Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure marketing activities support business and project objectives.
• Manage marketing campaigns for projects including Lakhani Park Vista (LPV) and upcoming developments.
• Ensure all marketing communication and content maintains Lakhani Group’s professional brand image.

Job Duties

• Plan and manage monthly marketing and social media calendars.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate the creation of posts, reels, videos, property walkthroughs, project promotions, and corporate content.
• Supervise and review the work of the Video Editor, Content Creator, Social Media Executive, and Graphic Designer.
• Develop creative concepts, captions, campaign content, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate photography, videography, video editing, and other creative requirements.
• Plan and coordinate digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, inquiries, and leads.
• Conduct competitor and market research within the real estate sector.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors when required.
• Support project launches, property events, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with company branding.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven marketing experience specifically in the real estate/property development industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, branding, and lead generation.
• Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Experience in coordinating and managing creative/marketing team members.
• Ability to develop engaging property-related content, campaigns, reels, and promotional material.
