Marketing Manager

At Maui Braces, we help people feel confident in their smiles and enjoy being involved in the community we serve. We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and organized Marketing & Community Outreach Manager to help grow our practice and bring our community events and marketing ideas to life.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, builds relationships easily, and follows through. You should be comfortable planning an event, visiting a referring dental office, creating social media content, and tracking the results of your work.

We’re a small team looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our office and take ownership of our marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices through regular visits, communication, and thoughtful follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to participate in local events, school activities, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
• Plan and coordinate events, including budgets, supplies, decorations, promotional materials, setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain an organized marketing calendar and prepare ahead for upcoming events and campaigns.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging social media content, including photos and short videos that highlight our team, patients, and community involvement.
• Coordinate appropriate patient permissions before sharing patient content.
• Track outreach visits, contacts, event activity, and follow-up tasks in our practice management software.
• Follow up with prospective patients generated through marketing activities and coordinate with our front desk to help turn interest into scheduled appointments.
• Propose event and marketing budgets, track spending, and recommend where to focus our efforts.
• Prepare a weekly performance report covering completed activities, referral activity, inquiries, appointments scheduled, spending, and upcoming priorities.
• Bring fresh ideas and use results to improve future campaigns and events.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, community outreach, referral relations, event coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience independently managing projects from planning through completion.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Creativity and confidence creating social media content, including basic photography and short-form video.
• Comfort using Canva or similar design tools, social media platforms, spreadsheets, and business software.
• A friendly, professional communication style and confidence introducing yourself to new people.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without frequent reminders.
• Comfort working with budgets, tracking performance, and explaining what is working and what needs to improve.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local outreach and events.

Dental or healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong, transferable experience in other industries. This is an experienced position rather than an entry-level marketing role.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with availability for 1–2 Saturdays per month for events and community activities. This position involves working in our office and traveling locally for outreach and events.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
