About the role

As Marketing Manager, you'll own Neoflow's brand, content, and presence across the channels and events where finance leaders spend their time, working closely with the sales team to turn attention into qualified conversations. You'll define how Neoflow is perceived in the market and ensure every touchpoint reflects that.

Partnerships and brand activations are central to the role as well. This year Neoflow partnered with BEONIX Festival in Limassol on a one-of-a-kind activation, opening a dedicated open-air zone at ETKO during the festival. You'll lead the next ones from concept to delivery, shaping the idea, bringing the right partners on board, and making sure each one leaves a lasting impression of the Neoflow brand.

What You'll Do:

Own brand and positioning: Keep Neoflow's voice and visual identity consistent across our website, sales materials, social channels, and events. Refine how we describe our products as the business grows.

Lead content and thought leadership: Plan and produce content that helps finance leaders understand how to manage money across borders and currencies, from LinkedIn posts and articles to case studies and reports.

Lead partnerships and activations: Develop and deliver brand partnerships and cultural activations alongside industry conferences, managing organisers, agencies, and suppliers from first idea through to post-event content and follow-up.

Run PR and media relations: Build relationships with trade and business press, manage announcements and press releases, and secure coverage that strengthens Neoflow's reputation in the markets we serve.

Manage social media: Own Neoflow's social channels. Plan the content calendar, work with design on visuals, and grow engagement with the audiences that matter to us.

Measure and improve: Track performance across channels, report on what drives attention, and allocate budget and effort where it works.

Who you are:

Marketing Experience - 3-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services

Strong Writer - You write clearly and plainly, and can explain financial products without jargon

Brand-Minded - You have a sharp eye for consistency in tone, design, and detail

Partnerships and Events Experience - You have delivered sponsorships, brand activations, or industry event presence, and managed the partners and suppliers behind them

Commercially Minded - You measure marketing by the pipeline it creates and work closely with sales

Self-Directed - You can set priorities, manage agencies and freelancers, and deliver without close supervision

Bonus: Experience marketing regulated financial products; familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Figma; an existing network in payments or financial services
