About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to promote our healthcare services and strengthen our presence in the community. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with doctors and referral partners, and increasing patient reach.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital marketing (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
• Conduct field visits and promote the organization’s services to potential clients.
• Coordinate with the management team to set marketing targets and achieve them.
• Handle patient and customer enquiries and convert them into service requests.
• Manage online and offline promotional activities, including social media, brochures, and advertisements.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and submit them to the management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Tamil and English.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
• Own two-wheeler preferred for field work.

Salary

• ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Salary will vary based on experience and performance.
