Duties

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing Physical Signage, digital marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Lead the planning, setup, and management of digital campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to boost visibility and conversions.
• Oversee website management utilizing content management systems and ensure optimal website performance through SEO best practices with SEO tools and keyword research.
• Manage content creation efforts across various channels including email marketing, social media advertising campaigns, and web analytics reporting to engage target audiences effectively.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate graphic design and visual content development using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce compelling visuals for digital campaigns.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, nurture leads through targeted email marketing campaigns, and enhance overall marketing efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing campaign setup, paid search marketing, social media advertising campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Strong technical proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HTML/CSS knowledge, and content management systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in web analytics reporting, conversion optimization techniques, keyword research, and web analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies coupled with experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for innovative digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
