Marketing Manager

1. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and strengthening the company's market presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction projects, tendering processes, business development, client acquisition, competitor analysis, and marketing strategy execution.

2. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer requirement assessments.

Business Development and Lead Generation

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and government/private sector organizations.
• Prepare business proposals, company presentations, capability statements, and project credentials.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Tendering and Proposal Management

• Identify suitable government and private construction tenders.
• Coordinate with the estimation, contracts, and technical teams for tender preparation and submission.

Branding and Digital Marketing

• Develop marketing materials, brochures, company profiles, project portfolios, and presentations.
• Oversee the company's website, social media presence, and digital marketing initiatives.

Team Management and Performance Monitoring

• Lead and guide the marketing and business development team.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
