JOB DESCRIPTION

* Develop and execute marketing strategies (Strategy & Planning) aligned with business and sales goals

* Plan quarterly marketing activities with budgeting and ROI focus

* Manage overall Digital Marketing & Branding, ensuring strong online presence

* Execute and optimize SEO strategies to increase website traffic and ranking

* Generate leads through Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, and social media (Lead Generation & Performance)

* Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, CPL, and ROI and coordinate with sales for closures

* Direct and manage Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) including content planning and execution

* Handle day-to-day digital campaigns and content coordination

* Manage B2B portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ThomasNet including product listings, inquiries, and lead optimization

* Plan and execute Email Marketing & WhatsApp Campaigns including weekly mailers and broadcast campaigns

* Identify and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads

* Plan and execute Exhibitions & Events including booth branding, creatives, and coordination with internal teams

* Oversee Creative & Content Management including brochures, presentations, standees, videos, and social media creatives

* Work closely with sales team for regional strategies, lead follow-ups, and performance tracking

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and provide insights

* Manage vendors, agencies, influencers, and partners (Vendor Management) ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency

* Ensure strong Team & Coordination with Sales, Service, IT, and Management for smooth workflow

* Monitor customer feedback from sales and social media to improve marketing effectiveness

* Increase website traffic, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across multiple channels

* Develop and execute product launch campaigns and new marketing initiatives

* Create regular reports with marketing performance, leads, and ROI data

* Collaborate with HR for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

* 5–8 years of experience in B2B/industrial marketing

* Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation

* Hands-on experience with B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)

* Experience in exhibitions, events, and offline marketing

* Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
