Marketing Manager

Managing the marketing activities of the following brands: Darina, Domo, Puidor, and other brands operating under the umbrella of MEPTICO - Building strategic relationships and partnership agreements with key industry players and vendors. - Participating in the development of a successful pricing strategy, which will contribute to the profitability of the company. - Planning and monitoring all BTL related activities (Sponsorships and event evaluation) to ensure efficient brand support. - Planning the yearly marketing and promotional strategies aiming to grow business and to meet sales budget and sales forecasts. - Overseeing the work of the graphic design office and coordinate with the Art Director on all the brands activities to ensure the coherence between designs and marketing visions, especially during the development of the communication materials such as packaging, in-store displays, catalogues, and brochures. - Leading a team of Marketers in charge of implementing the marketing plans within the assigned budget and timeframes. - Setting quarterly plans for the social media specialist and monitoring the online sales activities in coordination with sales and ecommerce specialist. - Conducting regular meetings and prepares regular reports (monthly sales report, Monthly Business Reviews etc ) outlining the brands performance. - Managing the advertising and marketing activities related to the brands in order to maintain alignment with set targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in marketing or any related field * At least 5 years of experience in managerial position in the food industry
