Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
• Manage brand positioning, content, and communication materials
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance (ROI, leads, conversion)
• Identify partnerships and new business opportunities
• Prepare reports and track marketing KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Lead and guide the marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Relevant experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand development
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
