Marketing Manager

• **Brand Marketing:**Assist HOD in formulating Marketing and Corporate Communications strategy; Coordinate advertising campaign for various specialist departments together with HOD
• Digital Marketing: Support and monitor external agencies handling digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets.  Prepare campaign briefs, review agency proposals and content, and coordinate approvals and revisions.  Support SEO, SEM and website traffic initiatives to enhance online visibility and user engagement, while monitoring and analysing campaign performance and preparing regular reports with actionable insights
• Social media Marketing: Manage the company’s Wechat and Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts, coordinating content planning and production with external agencies to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.  Also create, manage and grow the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other strategically relevant online platforms
• Press Relations: Manage media relations, produce pre-sale and post-sale press releases, secure media exposure
• Video Production: Collaborate with the video production team to develop video concepts that align with marketing goals

Key Requirements

• Stable track record with 5-8 years of marketing experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Strong managerial skills with experience in leading a team
• Strong business relationships & networks with media, press and advertising/brand/research agencies
• Self-starter, excellent team player and able to work independently under pressure and tight timeline
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required
