MARKETING MANAGER (Digital & Brand Strategy)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across digital and offline channels
• Drive brand positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market plans
• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social, email, web, in-store)
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation and conversion
• Oversee content, advertising, and promotional initiatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG
• Strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management
• Proficient in marketing tools, social media platforms, and data analysis
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
