About the Role
Lead the company’s marketing strategy and brand initiatives to drive customer engagement, sales growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and run annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotions
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all channels and branches
• Oversee digital marketing: social media, online ads, content, and customer engagement
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance to improve ROI
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Financing teams to support revenue growth
• Manage marketing budgets and supplier partnerships
• Deliver post-campaign analysis and reporting
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer opportunities
• Lead and mentor the marketing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years in Marketing and Digital Marketing, including managerial experience
• Proven track record in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing
• Automotive, motorcycle, or retail industry experience preferred
• Digital Marketing certifications are an advantage
