Job Role – Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
• Plan and execute digital, offline, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Generate quality leads and improve lead conversion rates.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and online brand presence.
• Oversee content creation, branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and business conversion.
• Monitor marketing performance using KPIs, analytics, and periodic reports.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
• Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and market reach.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate the marketing team to achieve targets.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend business growth initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
