Marketing Manager

Are you a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Manager looking for your next opportunity? This is an exciting chance to join an established engineering and manufacturing business, taking a hands-on role in delivering marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate enquiries and support sales growth.

Working closely with senior management, internal teams and external digital marketing partners, you will help deliver marketing activity across multiple brands, managing a varied workload spanning digital marketing, content creation, social media and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Write, edit and proofread marketing content, including blogs, case studies, press releases, brochures and presentations.
• Update and maintain company websites, ensuring product information, images and videos remain accurate and engaging.
• Liaise with external digital marketing agencies on campaigns, SEO, website improvements and performance reporting.
• Create and coordinate social media content, email marketing campaigns, photography and video.
• Organise UK and international exhibitions, managing logistics, promotional materials and pre- and post-event marketing activity.
• Work with sales teams, colleagues and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and within agreed budgets.
• Maintain consistent branding and accurate marketing content across multiple businesses.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar marketing role, delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and content creation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience maintaining websites through content management systems (CMS).
• Experience in email marketing, social media, printed marketing materials and exhibition coordination.
• Confidence managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and overseas for exhibitions and company visits, including occasional overnight stays.

Desirable Experience

• B2B marketing experience, ideally working across multiple brands.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
• Photography, video editing and graphic design skills, including tools such as Canva.
• A relevant marketing qualification.
