We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead market research, product positioning, and marketing performance analysis for our products, including Labels, Stickers, and Elastics.

The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies based on customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to understand market trends and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
• Identify target customers and market opportunities for Labels, Stickers, and Elastics.
• Define measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor product performance, campaign results, and customer feedback.
• Analyze marketing data and recommend improvements to product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to improve product visibility and market performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a dedicated marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and customer feedback.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
