• 4+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or a similar role

• Hands-on experience in the iGaming, Betting, Gambling, or related digital industries

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional marketing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders

• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Retention, SMM, PR, Content, Influencer Marketing, and Media Buying

• Experience conducting marketing research and market analysis, including Competitor Analysis, Marketing Mix Analysis, Brand Health Tracking, Customer Development (CustDev), and related methodologies

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans

• Experience working with ambassadors, influencers, sponsorships, and professional sports clubs

• Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively

• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of key marketing and business performance metrics

• Experience setting priorities, defining tasks, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

• Experience launching new products, entering new markets, and developing growth and scaling strategies for existing products

• Experience managing multi-market (multi-GEO) marketing initiatives and localizing marketing communications across different regions

• Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Jira

• Experience working with BI and analytics platforms, including GA4, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs

• Launch and coordinate B2C marketing campaigns across all communication channels

• Work closely with Design, Copywriting, SMM, Media Buying, Retention, Product, Analytics, and Country Management teams

• Manage marketing projects end to end, from briefing and task allocation to launch and final delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, priorities, timelines, and project statuses

• Remove operational blockers and ensure smooth execution across all marketing streams

• Monitor campaign performance, key marketing metrics, and KPI delivery

• Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

• Improve marketing processes, documentation, workflows, and cross-team collaboration

• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all communications

• Support brand initiatives, partnerships, and special projects

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new growth opportunities

• Maintain project documentation and report progress to management
