A respected professional membership organisation is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and communications strategy.

If you are current marketing manager or similar working for a professional body, membership organisation, trade association, regulatory body, not for profit, charity or similar we would love to hear from you.

This role is managing a team of 2 across marketing and events and is focused on growing membership, professional registration and commercial income, while building the organisation’s profile across the engineering sector.

You will:

Lead the marketing strategy, budgets and team

Develop campaigns that support membership growth and retention

Oversee digital, brand, PR and member communications

Build partnerships and support commercial and sponsorship opportunities

Guide major projects, including a new website and publications moving in-house

Shape marketing and commercial activity around key events

We’re looking for an experienced marketing and communications leader with strong commercial awareness, team management skills and experience overseeing budgets, digital activity and senior stakeholder relationships.
